"Stranded in Punta Cana for 30 hours"

Review

The airline lies. Tells you a flight is coming, but in reality it is not. They are trying to fix a broken plane. These lies go on and on until 30 hours later you are on a rescue flight from World Atlantic taking you to Miami when you are supposed to be going to BWI. They could have sent the resuce flight right away instead of stringing us along, telling us it was coming while they tried to fix a plane with a broken fuel pump surrounded by fire trucks. This company is the worst and Apple Vacations should be boycotted for using them.

"stay away"

Review

We booked thru Apple and payed extra for emergency row seats from Cle to Punta Cana and back. When we boarded in Cleveland there was no row 13 e & f. They said later that the 737 was not available and they put us on a MD80, which has no seat F or row 13. So we paid extra for nothing and not even a "We're sorry". So now we had people looking for seats and rows that didn't exist. They knew this before boarding and it should have been addressed then, not once people got on board. That was very poor, but the story gets even worse. In Punta Cana on the return flight, we sat on a bus for 40 minutes and then on the plane for another 35 minutes before the pilot told us that we are going to stop in Miami for gas! So much for the non-stop part. They said they didn't have a contract with that airport for fuel and thy burned to much coming down that morning due to turbulence. So we stopped in Miami for gas and did finally arrive in Cle but 4 hours later that. Not sure why Apple is affiliated with this slim shady outfit.

"The worst flight experience in my lifetime"

Review

The flight was 8 hours late for takeoff. The staff was totally disorganized and did not have the right customs forms. We got them as we left the plane. We paid extra for two drinks, but on the way back, they did not have white wine. They would give us a drink with a half cup of ice and soda, not the can. The stewards were rude, shut off the beverage/snack service midway through flight. Although is was almost dinnertime, they gave us breakfast snacks. We lost a day's vacation on the way out. On the way back, we were still delayed for over an hour. There was no TV on the way there, on the way back, they played "Shrek." There were no amenities.

"WORST. FLIGHT. EVER."

Review

We were due to depart at 7am, first 2 hour delay was because there was no crew (?) second 2 hour delay was for a light bulb that was out, then an additional 4 hours for another plane to come from Miami because our plane was beyond repair which had a bad relay fuse for the hydraulics. Our new boarding time was 5:30pm. didn't actually board the flight until 7:50pm. we were promised a free in flight meal as well as drinks. the drink cart made 1 round and there was no food in sight. finally made it to cancun after midnight.

we will NEVER fly this airline again!!

"worse flight I've ever been on"

Review

5 Hour delay getting to Punta Cana & around 11 Hours getting back to Pittsburgh. Once we got into Pittsburgh we found out the immigration & customs officers had to be called in to let us back into the county. They only knew of the flight when we were leaving Punta Cana. How scary is that. When you talk to the travel agent, they say it was a mechanical error. Can't have a mechanical error if the flight don't exist. Very scary.
