"No individual entertainment system"

That was a charter flight from Paris to Phuket, Thailand. The plane A330 was okay but I suffered from a lack of individual entertainment system! When you are used to what a lot of airlines now offer to their customer where you can choose amongst dozen of movies... it is weird not to have your own screen. And on a 11-hour flight, it's not a detail!!
Customer service was fine and meals were okay - not tasty but okay. The seats were quite comfortable for the first 6 hours and become really uncomfortable after that when trying to sleep.
I didn't choose this airline particularly, it was part of a holiday package, but I would consider other airlines before booking with them.
