"Worst Trip Ever on Volaris"

I was supposed to fly back to sacramento from Guadalajara on Volaris on June 1st. Arrived at the airport about one hour before the flight. Once at the airport they said it was too late for my flight and they would not be able to do anything to help me. I spent 1000 dollars to get back home and all this because of their very very very poor service. Volaris really sucks, they claim to be cheap but it ends up been very expensive and their service is the worst.
I WILL NEVER USE This Stupid Airline again as they suck and they are the worst of the ineptitude...

"Hassle, not worth it."

My husband and I went to Cancun for our Honeymoon. We flew united all the way down to Mexico City with NO problems. We fly Volaris into Cancun and we pick up our luggage. Volaris decided to inspect our big suitcase which I don't mind them doing, but I do mind then ripping the entire zipper off in doing so, leaving our luggage to where we can not use it again. So, while in Cancun we had to buy a $100 suitcase to use since they broke ours. That is US dollars not pesos. We tried to see if Volaris would help us and their reply was let us see what we can do and then someone said they would replace the suitcase and then the final person said no, we were just out of luck. I know in the US if the inspection people broke our luggage they would have no problem helping get us a new suitcase, but seems like no one had the desire to help us with an issue that was Volaris' fault. I am so disappointed in this airline we will NEVER use this service again. They did offer to give us 300 pesos towards another flight, but we never fly down in Mexico, so that option was kind of pointless. I am just so frustrated with the situation and I feel like a company like that should have more options when they are the ones that messes up!

If you use Volaris, be careful because if they ruin your stuff they will not be willing to help you out. I would hate for you to be in our situation. We had to use our honeymoon money to fix what they broke! Ridiculous if you ask me.

"Very Bad Stay Away"

I spent last three months calling and being transferred around when a refund was due to me and it still is not resolved I have spoken to Yadira, Ana, Laura and like five others and still I'm waiting. Very poor service I will never and I mean never buy or recommend someone to buy from them it was my first and last time I use them.

"Horror Story on Volaris"

My son flew out of Tijuana on Volaris to Los Cabos in November 2012. He arrived on time for the flight. The flight was listed at one gate and he went ot that gate. He staid there for a long, long time and, seeing no people, asked twice if that was the right gate and was assured it was. Finally, he asked a third time and the Volaris staff told him they they were wrong. he ran to the other gate and missed the flight. He had to get a hotel and spent the night in Tijuana. He then flew to Los Caos the next day. He got on the customer service phone the next day while in Cabo to change his return to a day later since his trip was shortened. They wanted to charge him. He convinced them to change without cost from a Monday return to a Tuesday return-which was verbaly confirmed with the rep on the phone using his original trip identifier. We enjoyed the extra day. We got to the Los cabos airport on that tuesday two hours in advance. A guard at the airport terminal entrance told us there were no volaris staff there as all flights had left. We drove back to our condo and got on the phone with their customer service staff. The staff told us that the flight was showing as on-time and that we simply missed the flight. we argued that he was wrong and that we were just at the airport. He said we would have to buy a new flight. There was still about 40 minutes until the flight was to leave. I told my son to get in the car and we would get to the airport. We did-only to find out that Volaris had no flights to Tijuana that day. We got on the Volaris customer phone at the airport. After long discussions, Volaris told us we would simply be forced to buy another ticket. It may be the most incompetent airline ever. Use extreme caution with Volais. We will never fly Volaris again. They made repeated mistakes and their staff is genuinely untrained and not customer service oriented. We plan to sue Volaris.

"Horrible customer service"

Review

Worse airline ever!!!!!! Don't fly with them ANYWHERE!!!! Horrible customer service.I bought my husband a ticket from Guadalajara to Oakland and he showed up to the airport 1 hour prior to the flight went to the counter where they told him the flight had already left if this isn't the biggest piece of B.S. then I don't know what is. This airline is full of liars. On top of everything I called customer service and the man on the phone was very rude and told me he couldn't help me at all and then offered to take more of my money. I will never attempt to use this airline again.

"Volaris: the WORST flight experience ever"

The worst check-in staff, innefficient, incompetent, completely rude, ill-trained in customer service, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The cabin crew had similar attitude, but didnt have to deal with those much... Seats extremely uncomfortable. Overall, a horrible airline experience anyway you put it. Will not fly Volaris again, will not recommend.
