"Flashy planes dont make up for poor customer service"
Horrible Horrible customer service, I have never had so many problems with an airline or been treated so poorly by their staff. They pretty much broke and lost everything I brought with me and would only give me credits in their travel bank which is completly unsatisfactory because it didnt help me replace the items I needed. When I went to use these credits only a third of them were there. I was accused of lying by the supervisor I was also told that I was wasting their time! If you fly with them and have a problem dont even waste your time and energy because it will only end in frustration. The planes may have all the bells and whistles but those dont make up for their poor poor customer service
"Brilliant new planes"
Earlier this year i flew from Los Angeles to Dallas on one of Virgins new planes (can't remember the type) the seat space was great, the seats seemed wider and alot more comfortable, the movie screen was top of the range, service was brilliant & the price was great. I can't fault them for a thing. This was the best flight I have had ~ ever.... would absolutely fly with them again.

Virgin America is the best airline I've every flown in! Yes, luggage is expensive ($25) but on my flight to New York, the passengers were offered to have our carry-ons (most of them small luggage) transported to the baggage pit for FREE. Virgin America provided a comforting flying experience because of the television screen in front of each seat— it has games, chat, and more! What's even better are the power outlets so I could charge my computer. Also, staff was VERY friendly as they answered all my questions. Complementary drinks were served and the safety video was very entertaining. The only downside to Virgin America are the destinations because it only flies to about 15 locations. Other than that, you should fly Virgin America. Prices are moderate (about $129 on weekdays to $239 on weekends), but sales can make the price drop to about $49 per flight.
"great deals; great service; great airline!"
Virgin America is a great airline! The staff is very professionnal, friendly and helpful. They were taking the time to make sure the passengers were enjoying the flight. One of the best experiences I have had with an airline in a long time. I finally found a good american airline! I won't hesitate to fly with them again. Next time, I will choose Virgin over other airlines, regardless of the price.
"Awesome deal!"
First off I booked the flight from SFO to DFW for 105 bucks. With the 25 dollar fee for my bag that came out to $130. That's a pretty good deal in my opinion. The ride was comfortable. The wifi was a nice bonus, as were the electrical and usb outlets. The coolest thing by far tho was the map on the headrest in front of you that tracked your flight. I would definitely use this airline again.
"Exceptional service, amenities and choice"
Having flown First Class with Lufthansa from New Delhi to Munich, and then Munich to New York, I was not ready to fall in love with an airline.
The experience in Lufthansa left much to be desired as far as the plane and amenities went.
The crew on Lufthansa was exceptional. At least in First Class. I could not have expected more from them or even dreamed of better service and conversations. Intuition is nothing one can train someone around. But intuition is the backbone of good service. At least the HR department or whoever hires crew members for Lufthansa is awake and doing a great job.
As i write from my first-class seat on Virgin Flight VX23 from JFK to SFO, I am able to work, be connected with family and friends, and also experience service and amenities that I missed and craved when on Lufthansa. Under the leadership of Larry Wu, a young in-flight team leader of Virgin the three member crew (Mario Kevesic and Rachel Bryant) have given me and my fellow passengers as far as I can tell a very comfortable journey thus far and also one filled with several funny moments we shall remember. They are making an effort to please, entertain and bring comfort, as we travel almost 6 hours from one coast to the other.
The wireless, the seats, the TV and the food and beverage offerings are as good as any one can find.

"Virgin America wifi rocks"
This is my first time flying Virgin America and I was pretty excited bc they are a social and up to date airline. I like the ability to use wifi on every flight, the ability to order food from your screen whenever you want, and a good entertainment system. I also think their chairs are pretty comfortable and their staff is friendly. I give Virgin two thumbs up and is now in my top 3 for airlines to fly with!
