In the days of nickle and dime airlines this one has become the worst in my mind. There is no alternative - to even consider - to avoid checked baggage fees. This airline just reported record earnings for last year too. They got the last checked bag fee out of me.... However, I'm here to report on the customer service. T-shirts! REALLY? Since when did flight attendants stop wearing uniforms? It was hard to tell which people were on board to help you. Casual Friday attire is okay with me as long as they have a name tag and a collar style shirt, but T-Shirts? At best I would describe the actual service to be in the same casual "I could care less git her done" kind of attitude. No smiles, no offers to help... The people on board my flight were tired, and I think this airline is tired too.... We have chosen not to fly with them anymore.
