Why do they not assign seats? I like the other aspects but if I book my flight 3 or more weeks early, I should get a guaranteed seat, not some mystery box assigning me a boarding number. What if you want a family to sit together and you are given a lower number? Great that they don't charge for bags but I don't check bags most of the time anyway.
