Discriminatory service. Given crap seats.
Check in staff allocated us seats in the very last row of the plane. Seats that hardly recline at all and near the toilets. These seats are obviously not popular and they gave us these seats when the flight was not even full. We requested for change to the empty seats further up as soon as we boarded.

The Worst Company i've ever Seen! screw you Tiger Airways
i was travelling with Tiger on the 4th of may from Brisbane to Sydney! after a delay of 5 hours they also managed to loose my backpack! i checked in dropper my backpack with them and when i arrived in Sydney there was no bag for me. I was looking for anybody from tiger airways but there was nobody. after filling in a form with all my details they did not even offer me a proper solution! after two day i have not hear anything from Them. i keep on trying to get in contact with the right people but is so difficult! why can't they have a normal customer service with proper employees who can solve problems! its ridiculous that they have lost all my stuff just for a flight from Brisbane to Sydney! i'll know i will never ever going with tiger airways again, the flight is bad, the service is the worsted i've ever seen and when they loose something they not give you any information or solutions

Jetstar Airline WHO? I bought 2 return tickets Sydney > Brisbane. Payed for by direct debit Money was received I have a confirmation no to proof. Jetstar lost my payment therefore NO ticket was issued. I have been on the phone on 3 occasions to Jetstar call centre in the Philippines Spend almost 4 hours on the phone. They still deny that they did not received my payment Oh the bank details are correct BUT as they say we lost it. The customer service SUCKS big time They have failed on 5 issues on their own Satisfaction Guaranty So far no resolution Oh and send emails with attachment of receipt the reply is they will call back within 72 hours Well they did not stated what year. So I paid for goods without any receiving any goods, I call that stealing. They did offer me a 50 dollar coupon I just want my tickets…………………………

Low Frills to the Extreme
Worst Baggage Allowance Airline in the World. Prepaid online, but at the airport I had more luggage, and I was charged an exorbitant extra rate. I had, in fact, tried to revise my baggage allowance online in advance, but the system would not permit it. At airport, I was gouged. Also, charged a huge fee simply to use my credit card. AUS$7.50 surcharge. Agents were not friendly, two lines for over a hundred people checking in, and they just didn't care. Just an uncivilized experience, despite the low fare. Fly with someone else. Never again.

A good experience
1h30 stopover in Sydney, between Brisbane and Los Angeles, and return flights -> 4 flights with Qantas. Overall a good experience, except some turbulences areas on the second flight between Sydney and Los Angeles (but it's not related to Qantas performance!). The service was rather good with an efficient and friendly staff. The only point of disappointment was the lack of good movies available: I read my book instead. I wouldn't hesitate to fly with them again.
