From Bengaluru International Airport (Bangalore) to Bali Ngurah Rai Airport (Denpasar) via Changi Airport (Singapore)

Cheeters and misguiders to make their own money
Scoot airlines arrive and depart from terminal 1 of Singapore and air Asia is operated from terminal 3. On 8th June night around 11pm When Ayan went to Bangalore airport the scoot airways told that he can not be given boarding passes as he has different terminal for boarding the flight in Singapore. He need to either have Singapore visa or he need to have from same terminal with same airlines else they wont allow him. As I had travelled 3 times via Singapore airport for my connecting flights to Australia and Phuket for which I had changed the terminals of Singapore airport without Singapore visa . My flight from Phuket to Singapore and Singapore to Australia was with Scoot airways. so I was never asked for transit visa or Singapore visa. Hence I preferred to speak to scoot airline member explaining the same. The airlines member also spoke to me and misguided us saying that he doesn't have any country Visa and you had Australian Visa when you travelled hence he need to have from same terminal with same airlines in Singapore for arrival and departure. As the time was short to apply for Singapore visa which takes more than 3 days normally, hence we followed the instructions of Scoot airways member as told . We booked scoot flight from Singapore to Bali and return. In Singapore he was trouble for visa and was asked to leave to India to which Ayan replied that the policy is when you have allowed to fly from Bangalore to Singapore hence scoot airways need to arrange his departure to India. He will not book flight again. To this they some how allowed him to travel Bali. On 12th June when he went to airport to catch flight for India via Singapore as transit which same flights which were allowed earlier , he was denied giving boarding pass due to Singapore visa as transits requirement. My question is 1) why did Scoot airways misguided us making us book more tickets when Visa was mandatory and 2) then bypassed the rules and allowed him to travel Bali. They were suppose to depot him to India due to their Visa issue which he cleared said in Singapore airport on 9th June. We want refund of all the tickets booked due to misguidance by Scoot airways.

Singapore Airlines is no longer a great way to fly!
Singapore airlines used to be one of the great airlines and I once flew with them regularly. Their in flight service standards has declined so much in recent years. Ground staff at check in were extremely slow. They were extremely strict with the luggage weight and I was made to repack. Boarding was a complete mess. No priority were given to elderly passengers. In flight catering was barely edible. Service by cabin crew were cold and unfriendly. Will now take my business elsewhere after years of loyalty with them.

lion air - WORST EVER
In the last over ten years, I have flew to more than 30 countries with various airlines, frankly speaking, lion air is the worst ever. My suitcase is seriously damaged during my flight from Jakarta to Singapore, their customer service replied only two months after I complained, and collected my suitcase for reparation. Although I emphasized again and again, my suitcase must be returned to me without further damages. And finally my suitcase came back complete DESTROYED! After over four months negotiation, they agreed a compensation plan of giving me a new baggage, and sent me a photo for approval. However, when their compensation baggage arrived, it was totally DIFFERENT from the photo they sent me, and it was terrible! Not to mention the frequent safety problems that happened with their aircraft. It is clear that lion air is a completely unprofessional and irresponsible company. Good luck to you and your belongings if you choose to fly with them. Btw, the original damage on my suitcase, a knife-cut hole in the front and the broken handle, was not an accident. I questioned the check-in staff of lion air at Jakarta airport about the airport tax, and they were apparently very unhappy being questioning. It is believed that the suitcase was broken deliberately and maliciously for this reason.

From Zurich Airport (Zurich) to Bali Ngurah Rai Airport (Denpasar) via Changi Airport (Singapore)

Exceptional!!!
It was our honey moon and we decided to go to Bali with Singapore Airlines. I had heard many good reviews about Singapore Airlines and I wanted to have a good trip from the time we left home. I wasn't disappointed. We told the woman who proceeded to our check-in that it was our honey moon and I think she gave the information to the cabin staff. First, we were seated at the best seats of the economy class section at the rear of the aircraft at the window seats. During the flight, we had an exceptional service, the staff was asking us every hour if we were okay, comfortably seated or if we were in need of something. One flight attendant brought us two cups of champagne to celebrate our honey moon!!! What other airline in the world would do that! I think none! The flight back was as great except that we didn't drink champagne this time. Singapore Airlines is definitely the best airline in the world!
