KLM is the worst airline I've ever had!!! I really warn you to ever fly with KLM! I had the problem that I bought a flight ticket for my boyfriend and KLM just blocked the flight ticket for no reason at all!! And he had to stay home and could not visit me. I thought that everything was due to a small mistake and that we would get our money back in no time. But I was so wrong. Up until today (2,5 month later) KLM refuses to refund the money. In the meantime I call and write the KLM customer service every week and ask them to refund the money, but all they tell me is tthat they will investigate and I should wait until they contact me. But nothing ever happens. All in all, I really warn you to fly with KLM - maybe your flight ticket is the next one to be blocked.
