I don't think I'm alone when I say that a recent long haul flight from Auckland to London left me hungry, literally. The meals were small and few and far between. At our stopover in Brunei one guy had a full meal at the airport and then asked for a doggy bag to take back on the plane. On the way back our tv monitors died halfway through our movies and the stewardess has to reboot the system, we then had to rewind back to the beginning. My controls also kept turning on the guys light to the far left of me. Also, I was looking forward to having a whole row to myself for the last eight hours, but I was moved up the front to accommodate a man with his child. They then stretched out for a good kip, but I was stuck up the front with the babies. Not happy!

On the up side the customer service was good, and the stewards were very friendly and helpful.
