From Ciampino Airport (Rome) to Barcelona Airport (Barcelona)

really cheap, but forget customer service
I paid 40 EUR each legs from Rome to Barcelona and back. I only recommend Ryanair for the prices and because i didn't have any problems with the flights. Don't expect too much from them, they don't know what the word "customer service" means.

What you mean is a basic service in which you didn't get any luxuries which anybody in the right mind wouldn't expect from Ryanair. They have clearly provided you great customer service by getting you to Barcelona at such a low fare and with no major issues with the actual flight. You are just one of those people who doesn't know the meaning of the wordS "Customer Service" and take the basics for granted, which many airlines fail to do!
