Review
Visited it twice in the past week. Baggage delivered fast and there are taxi offices in arrivals offering reasonable deals into the city - around £25 with tip. Long and badly-organised check-in queues for BA on departure, and under-staffed security checks leading to queues and lost tempers. Airside shops are expensive. But all in all, a tolerable experience - somehow I had feared worse.
