Trip duration one year. Had to give return date within 6 months but was told I would just pay $100 adult and $75 child ticket change and change for another 6 month departure. Wrong. Whole truth was I had to pay the ticket change fees plus any difference in ticket price I paid and price of ticket on my return date. THEY OUTRIGHT lied to me. Unlike China Airlines and Eva you can book return flights with open date and use within one year. We will never never fly on Cathy Pacific again. If they had been upfront with the fees and charges I would have made other plans. Total ripoff airline company, but what is one to do when they are not provided with the total truth?
