TAP launches its first free app for iPhone and iPod

In addition, Victoria customers will be able to access a restricted area with their passwords where they can view their personal accounts, check on active bookings (both paid and free tickets), access the miles claim form and their account statements. There is also an application form for the Victoria programme for potential future customers.

The app is free and is available for download at the Apple iTunes Store, in both Portuguese and English versions, for all users of IOS Apple applications.

This new app has only been available for a few days, and even before it was officially publicised it has already been downloaded more than 5000 times, making in the number one in Top Free Apple apps in Portugal, confirming the success of yet another of TAP’s efforts to provide the best service to our customers.

New versions will be available shortly for the iPhone and iPad tablet and for smartphones with the Android operating system, and customers will soon be able to check in for flights using their mobile phones.
