"Disgusting Service "

Review

By far the worst ever experiance i have ever gone through in terms of travelling. Driving for days, in the heat without much water or food would have been better then taking this airline. They cancelled twice, provided no food and the customer service was disgusting.

Never agin. Avoid at all costs

"Never use this airline if you have an alternative"

I Booked a flight with NAS in September 2014 through their website. The website prompted for reserving a hotel room at my destination. As the hotel where I intended to stay was listed, I booked a room for convenience. The website sent an email within 5 minutes that the hotel room had been canceled. After multiple telephone calls, as of December 2014 NAS has not issued a refund for the hotel room. The company has simply kept the money, and not delivered the service.

It appears that the company has a policy of never issuing refunds, regardless of circumstances. This is not an honest company, if you have any other choice, do not do business with this company.

"Travel Agent 'worst airline ever' STAY AWAY"

I am a travel agent and I have booked this airline for the first time. I am not impressed. Firstly, they emailed to advise the flight has been cancelled with no explanation. The flight was due to take off in three weeks! I called them and the customer service was terrible and they did not know anything.

I asked for a refund and was told to email customer services with all sorts of information which isn't needed for a refund. they advised this takes 6-8 weeks!!! This is ridiculous.(On the phone they will try and push and make you accept credit instead of money back) Once I had sent the email requesting a refund I received an acknowledgement with the service level agreement of 48 hours on a week day and 72 hours on a weekend- two weeks later.... No reply. I called again today and they tried making me have credit instead of money aback and the lady on the phone said she would send them for a refund. Why couldn't this be done on the first call?

So far, no refund. I will not book this airline again or even offer it.

"NAS AIR has the worst services in handling baggages"

I checked in 3 bags.i was traveling with my co workers. when i arrived at the airport of my destination, i stand directly to the conveyor eager to go home and have a good rest. the flight was 15 minutes late by the way. all the bags where already taken by the owners. two of the bags i checked in came first. until there where no baggage's left. my bag is missing! that was the last flight for NAS AIR. i reported it directly to the airport authority. they ask me to report it to NAS AIR office. nobody attended me. i have been waiting for more than two hours already. so i called up the costumer service. sad to hear that they told me that they cant do anything with my lost baggage. if ever they find it. they will just call me. thats it!!! i arrived 11:45pm. my presentation for my company managers are all inside that bag. and i need it very badly since it can cause my job. sand i have to present that at 8:00am. NAS AIR services are worst. even costumer service hotline cant help. office are always closed. i need that bag. and i hate NAS AIR. i have not recieved my bag until now and i paid a big penalty in my company!

"terrible airline awful service"

Awful, they always cancel flights with no valid reason or excuse, 3 times now I have been stranded due to their incompetence. Avoid this airline at all cost, in the long run you end up paying more.

"Very expensive and poor services "

It is very poor airline. I have my mother who is sick and uses wheelchair and they do not give any respect for that. They are not on time at all. I think they do not have any system or regulation for anything. It is like bus. Try to avoid it and use any other airline.

"Expect the worse!"

I took this the flight from Jeddah to Islamabad just before Eid-ul-Fitr. I had heard some good views about Nas Air beforehand from some of my work colleagues. While I was happy with certain aspects of the flight and pre-flight process; the post-flight trauma just blew it all away. Apparently, someone had made a deliberate decision to leave nearly 30% of the luggage belonging to the passengers behind. Just imagine... you are travelling in Ramadhan and arrive at your destination early morning, having been awake pretty much the whole night, carrying the goodies and gifts that you have bought for your family and looking forward to spending some quality Eid time together with them, just to discover upon landing that the your luggage was deliberately left at your departing airport. One of my bags fortunately arrived in Islamabad on the day that I was returning back to Jeddah and was picked up by my parents as I had already departed for Jeddah. The other bag is yet to be found nearly 3 weeks after my travel. The customer service is completely unresponsive at this stage and has the slightest of clue about the whereabouts of the bag. Definitely not worth the little saving that you would make by flying Nas. I would rather not travel with than travel with them again....
