I am a frequent flyer with Qatar but my experience on 13th nov, flight 4.40 am from mumbai was a different one. We were stuck in the airplane for 6 hours with no communication from the captain. After that the flight got canceled and the ground staff was not prepared to take on 490 passengers.Flight took off at 8 am the next day and we were promised that our connections would wait at Doha which did not happen. So we wasted another day and then flew to London and then finally to Geneva. Technical snag happens and it is totally understood but Qatar did very badly with the process and communication and loads of false promises. Expect a lot better from Qatar. Buck up guys......

Travelled in bussiness class. Fantastic airline and amazing inflight service on the 4 flights and good food. It totally matched what I've heard about Qatar before. Really a 5 star airline.
