I recently flew from LA to Perth, Australia via Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific. While the staff were nice enough, it was the seats that I had issue with. Instead of the back of the seat extending backwards so that you can lay back, the actual seat you are sitting on slides forward. I thought my seat had malfunctioned so brought it up with the hostess and she said that was how the seats worked. Very uncomfortable flight. I wouldn't book with them again for that reason alone.
