WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM SCOOT!!! They advise you to send an email on the website and after every time they reply without resolving the issue then close the case!!! If you try to email them, you get this message! "We have received your feedback regarding with regards to [number]. Unfortunately, the case is already closed. Should you require further assistance, please contact us on: http://www.flyscoot.com/en/help/Email-Us. " So you have to go throw the website again, type out everything. If you don't they tell you to go through the website and at the same time close the case, advise you to type out everything AGAIN. So you end up opening so many cases and they end up getting confused, tell you to go to the website again... YOU NEVER GET ANYTHING RESOLVE!!!!! I NEVER GOT MY REFUND WHERE THEY MAKE IT A HUGE HASSLE SO THEY DON'T PAY YOU!!!!

Not worth it.
Over-inflated ticket prices for such a short flight. Service is just too robotic. Better to use the low cost airlines or just catch the train or coach next time as regional SQ flights seem to be the worst of them all.

WHY YOU SOULDNT FLY WITH AIRASIA
Definetely the worst flight experience i've ever had, and i travel quite often (ive taken more than 20 flights in a year). My flight was departing from kuala lumpur destination melbourne via singapore, i was on my way back to Australia after a little vacation, the flight (one way) had cost me about 300 australian dollars and that was the first time at all i was flying with air asia, i thought "a company that gets its name from a continent cant be so bad, nothing more wrong.. Got in the airport early morning in time for my flight carrying my two bags a hand baggage and a chcked in luggage expecting to hop up in an "international flight" but the first problems showed up right in the check in stage, my bigger luggage weight was 37 kilos i knew that the limit is generally 30 kilos and i was also ready to pay some dollar more to get it in and my hand baggage was 12 kilos just a couple more than a normal allowed one, when i bought the ticket none asked me anything about pay checked in luggage tax and everybody knows that in a international flight thats always included so i didnt worry about it too much. The girl from the check in asked a lot of money to put my bag in (a price each kilo actually) and after that she asked me the same for my hand baggage and informed me the limit was 7 kg!!!!!! what?? even the low cost companies allow at least 10 kg of hand baggage!!! so i ve had to pay a bit less than 500 dollars only for my bags!!! for a flight i paid 300 dollars now i was paying 800 dollars!! isnt it mad?? But it s not the end of the story unfortunately, really angry i jumped in the flight, the plane was quite old and noisy the seats were really UNCOMFORTABLE and SMALL even for a kid i guess!! But the thing that made me become a beast were as the stewardess said "NO MEALS INCLUDED" whaaat?? 13 hours of flight and no meals included??? the funny thing is : if you dont have money in the card or exactly the quantity of money cash you need to get food they wont even give you a glass of water!!!! you can even die there and they wont give a damn!! last of all i have to say this is the worst company in the world i think they have to cha

Horrible Service, Extremely Rude Steward!
The worst airlines ever! Service was extremely poor, one particular middle aged steward was extremely rude. He shouted at passengers each time request was made and the stewardess was no different! I strongly do not recommend anyone to travel with MAS unless you can tolerate rudeness and humiliation from grouchy super rude staffs. It is the first and last time would I choose to travel with MAS. Never again!!!!

My first Budget Airline experience
I booked a return trip to Kuala Lumpur to attend the Formula 1 Grand Prix. The price was only half that of Malaysian Airlines with whom I have flown on many occasions. I realised that I would not get the same level of service as I have come to expect but was pleasantly surprised on the outward leg from Perth. I was able to recline the seat & actually dozed for the 5 hour flight to Singapore. My connection to KL (also with Jetstar) was also on time so I actually got to my hotel earlier than I had anticipated. I came away from those flights with a new enthusiasm for budget airlines. My new found enthusiasm was, sadly, dashed on my return journey.Upon arival at KLIA I found that the check in opened 2 hours before departure & not 3 which was normal for international flights.I thus stood first in line at the check in desk for an hour The flight from KL to Singapore was delayed for 45 minutes due to late arrival of the aircraft from its previous destination. I still had plenty of time for my onward connection but on arrival in Singapore I found that the gate from which my next flight would depart was almost on the other side of the terminal.I was not unduly bothered by this. The flight to Perth did not actually get off the ground until 40 minutes after its scheduled departure time but this time was made up & it actually arrived in Perth as scheduled so top marks there. The enthusiasm for flying budget began to wane shortly after take off from Singapore when I realised that my seat had no button to press to make it recline.I looked everywhere but the seats did not go back!! Have you ever tried sleeping sitting upright in a chair? It is not recommended. The seats also are very close to the ones in front so my knees were digging into the back of the passenger in front who very politely asked me to remove them from her back. I thus spent the entire time trying to find a position which had some semblance of comfort if only for a couple of minutes.I found that the emergency crash position was good for a few minutes rest. A few trips to the toilet also relieved more than my bladder & gave my legs some relief from cramping up. I was also alarmed to find that passengers must buy water should they feel thirsty. I know this is budget travel but hey, water is essential to long distance flights or dehydration can set in & cause problems for the body. This aircraft also had air conditioning which was too hot for my liking which made me even thristier, was this a ploy to get me to buy more water? I also noticed that the advent of budget travel has increased the incidence of people travelling with infants. This is ok if airlines cater for them but Jetstar obviously dont because unlike full price airlines there are no bassinets for babies to be placed on these aircraft. This results in mothers (or fathers) having to cradle baby in their arms for the duration of the flight. Not a good proposition from a safety stand point. Unsettled babies do not make for good travelling companions on long haul flights because they tend to scream very loudly. I am sure that if I shouted out at the top of my lungs on a flight I would be clapped in irons & handed over to the authorities so why should this be happening? Because budget airlines are not providing the options that the major airlines are. At least having been to the GP I had some earplugs to deaden the sound of crying infants. For me, air travel used to be part of my holiday experience. It is certainly that these days but is it pleasant? I would have to say no!

only as a last choice for air travel!
Always last min delay, without informing pax, only board passengers at schedule departure time. Operate from a terrible budget terminal, no seats at gates. Call for boarding is equal to call to queue at gate.

Avoid at all costs
Worst airlines by far. Avoid at all costs. Known for last minute delays and cancellation. Was banned in Australia because they didn't adhere to safety regulations. My luggage was tampered with and things were stolen. Went to file report and attendant automatically asked if it was a Tiger Airlines flight, which only goes to show how often it happens. Airlines company impossible to reach directly because they can only be reached by email. Bad experience. Will never fly with Tiger airlines again.
