Terrible Customer Service - Regular Delays/Servicio para clientes es horrible - todo seria retrasado

DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE!!! POR FAVOR NO USA INTERJET!!!

My bag was lost for 6 days. Each time I called I spent a minimum of 30 minutes on hold trying to reach a representative. It took at least 12 phone calls to locate my bag and I had to return to the airport to pick it up.

Mi equipaje estaba perdido por 6 días. Cada vez que llamo presto al minio de 30 minutos esperando para hablar a alguien. Tenia mas de 12 llamadas para encontrar mi maleta y necesitaba regresar al aeropuerto para recoger mi equipaje.

I was told I would receive reimbursement for clothes purchased while waiting for them to find my bag. I am now being told they will not reimburse me and I am constantly sent to different departments for assistance. Hold times are still 30 - 45 minutes if they do not hang up.

Ellos me dijo que debo recibir un reembolso para mi ropa que compro mientras esperando para mi maleta. Ahora ellos dicen que no van a reembolso y cada vez que llamo ellos dicen que necesito hablar con alguien diferente. Y es 30 or 45 minutes esperando si ellos no colgar.

My first flight was delayed 8 hours and my return flight was delayed 6 hours.

Mi primer vuelo estaba retrasado 8 horas y mi otro 6 horas.

You should also not fly this airline if you are not proficient in Spanish. They have very limited English staff.

Solo debe usar este aerolínea si hablas español. Hay muy poco agentes que hablan ingles.

"Nightmare"

NEVER FLY INTERJET. I am a frequent traveller and this is just the worst experience I had in my life. Initially they changed the time of my flight with a 2 hours delay from Cancun to Miami, then the flight was cancelled and we had to fly through Mexico City. The flight to Mexico city was also delayed, then we had to wait for another flight to Miami which AGAIN has been delayed!!! Instead of a direct 1h40 min flight to Miami it took us 22h!!!!! This airline is so disorganised, unprofessional and ruined all our nice memories from this vacation. Trust me whatever is your motivation DO NOT TAKE INTERJET!!!!!!

"Flyers BEWARE-STOLE OUR VACATION "

NEVER, NEVER,NEVER use this company.!!!! They are horrible and basically stole our entire vacation from us. When we arrived at 4 am for check in, we found out that our flight had been cancelled. We understand these things happen and accepted the next available flight...which got delayed not once, but twice, until it finally disappeared completely from the flight screen. We feel it was a phantom flight to appease us. We were given a different reason than another couple sitting near us as to why the flight was continually delayed. We finally, after becoming very irate, managed to get on a flight. We spent 13 hours in the airport waiting just to get on this flight. When we arrived, almost a day late for a vacation we paid for up front, we spent over an hour in baggage claim trying to receive our luggage which was MISSING for the entirety of our vacation. We spent the first two days in Texas winter clothes on a beach resort until we finally paid for a taxi to go into town to buy a few necessities. Our luggage was delivered 4 days later at 11 pm the night before we left to return home. When we returned to Houston at again...11:00 at night, we again, had NO LUGGAGE!!!!!! There was no one to help us and no one to take our claims. We had to rent a hotel to wait on our luggage only to return to the airport the next morning where NO ONE CAN HELP YOU! No one takes responsibility and everyone only gives you the number to customer service, which is the biggest joke itself. We spent HOURS of our vacation on the phone with them only to be hung up on repeatedly after waiting 45+ minutes. Furthermore, they will not reimburse you for delayed luggage or extra expenses incurred at their fault. I would caution anyone who dares to use this airline to make sure you pack everything essential to your trip in your carry-on. If you can't do that, go ahead and pay the extra to use an American airline company because you will end up spending tons of money and time dealing with the mismanagement of this horrendous company.

"As you've read before CRAPPY AIRLINE"

WORST AIRLINE EVER!!! and I'm pretty sure you've read this before by other consumers!!! Don't expect a friendly airline and even worst if you expect them to work with cancellations. First and foremost they don't speak English and if they do, they're very limited on their comprehensive skills. Second after I was on hold for 1 hour (RIDICULOUS!!!) they hung up I had 3 different phones trying to contact them to cancel my flight. Afterwards they suggested me calling them back be they didn't have the capability to correct their OWN mistake and give me a courtesy call. The flight was leaving in two hours! They representatives are RUDE AND DECIDED to disconnect rather than to transfer me to a supervisor. STAY AWAY!!! I would rather fly on the wing of any other airline than ever consider this one again!
