Traveled from IAH to AMS on a refurbished 747 combi. The plane was clean and the seats were comfortable. The on-demand entertainment is a huge improvement with a wide range of movies, shows, music, and games. The food was fairly good for airline food, and the drink service was consistent throughout the 9 hour flight. Very attentive flight attendants, always smiling, and even brought hot towels after dinner and before landing. Transfer through Schiphol was pleasant as usual. KLM has shown a huge improvement in recent years, and is probably one of the best airlines in Europe.
