I got there at about 6:00AM, 30 minutes before the flight and the counters were closed. I only had my confirmation number but security said that the number didnt work and another lady came at about the same time and she also had her confirmation number. She was about to breakdown since no one could attend us. Luckily we talked to one of the Flight Attendants who got me my boarding pass. Overall airline service was bad at the airport due to the fact that the airport is only about the size of three houses put together. Luckily i got on my flight but my experience with the airline at the airport was not good. They need to inform their customers to come early. I came 30min, come honestly its not an international airport it doesnt take 50 min to get throught the security and everything. Overall people i warn you not to fly Alaska/Horizon Airlines.
