I have been using Hawaiian from 2002
I travel to Hawaii atleast 3 times a year and use them for flights to mainland USA and found them to be the airline to use jetstar is a joke qantas to expensive
I have travelled both Econ and buisness the ground staff at Sydney are excellent and have had mostly great cabin staff but as with all places there is that 1 or 2 staff that should not be there but over all the airline to use for Hawaii and mainland US
they have good connections and destinations to mainland US including NyC LA San Fran las vagas direct flights and connecting flights to all the hawaiian islands
Share"No Milk for the Baby"
Flying from Portland, Oregon to Honolulu was terrible. First the air conditioning was either totally off or totally on freeze. Cabin was an oven or a freezer as the flight progressed. Second, no need to request special meals. They have none. They just ask you to make you feel better when you book the flight. Third, children was totally ignored. When I asked about the children meal I was told they had none. When I ask for milk for the children I was told, "Sorry, we apparently had a lot of milk drinkers on this flight!" I wrote customer service and complained about that last statement. They did reply and just said they were sorry about the milk situation on the flight. What a bunch of clowns. Next trip to Honolulu will be on anything but Hawaiian (the no milk airlines) Airlines.

HNL-SEA-HNL: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole trip! Airline travel is so exciting with them! Hawaiian Airlines doesn't use any of those small, uncomfortable narrow-body jets so even the economy seats are very comfortable. The food choices are delectable (Please choose POG as your choice of drink when asked!), FAs are always attentive to the passengers as if they're your close friends (truly the Spirit of Aloha), Movies and short clips are enjoyable and unique, and just the overall flight experience was and will always be wonderful! Hawaiian is number one "On-Time"! Its destinations are increasing fast! Who wouldn't want Hawaiian at their airport? Earn some miles with Hawaiian and you'll be a happy traveller!

Going from one island to another in Hawaii, you don't have much choice than taking Hawaiian airline. The service is ok. It's like taking a bus... The flight is short but they give you a little (chemical?) drink.

Most airlines dont supply a childrens meal on domestic flight unless it is an international flight. And most airlines dont give you a free meal - you pay for it. I have travelled on other airlines to Honolulu and you need to have your credit card ready or bring your own food lol. And most airlines dont provide any special meals regardless. I think Hawaiian are the only ones that do give you a free meal.
