Planes are in good conditions and service was really better on the transatlantic flight with friendly and courteous staff, and a great inflight entertainment system. The meals served on these flights were good, much better than other european airlines. I won't forget to talk about the legroom that is rather good for economy class! All in all a very pleasant experience with Air France.

I was travelling from Francfort-Main to Paris with Air France. I've been upgraded to business class but I don't know exactly why? Too bad this wasn't a long-haul flight because it's hard too see the differences between economy and business classes on european flights, except the price, of course. Well, I also had an orange juice before taking off and the middle seat is free. The service was ok, but I didn't have much time to evaluate it as the flight lasted only 45 or 50 minutes. Francfort is so close to Paris! Air France still has the image of a safe airline, but I think the onboard service could be much better.
