{DIAN AND BRIAN} are the most dedicated and well trained individuals employees i have come across in a long while, even when i gave up they contacted me with information which is meaningful and i am grateful i wish i could give them a raise myself on the research they did for my mom and i but GOD has blessed them and i pray (FLY JAMAICA) recognises how valuable they are ...thank you both GOD bless guide and protect you all.

"Untrained employees!"

Review

They have no customer services abilities, need to be trained how to speak to the their customer especially when the airline can not provide the services to theirs paying customers.
My flight going to Guyana delayed for FIVE HOURS,finally got there and guess what? NO BAGGAGES. Three days later then we got our stuff.Now returning to Toronto they had no room for my hand pieces in the the plane, so I spoke up because I didn't want my hand pieces to be check baggages because I had electronics,jewellery and other stuff I needed for my children. So because I spoke I was the one " acting like an ass" Yes security was called in who called me an Ass. I WILL NEVER USE FLY JAMAICA AGAIN!

"Just Horrible, Never Again!!"

On October 6th, I woke up with such joy. I was bound for Jamaica, land that I love but Fly Jamaica really made me question if I want to go back and if I do go back then flying with another airline is a must.

The 12:15 pm flight did not leave until 1:30 am of the next day. Nobody apologized, the airport staff was absent and there was utter confusion. Some passengers (non Jamaicans) started to quarrel and my people were ready to kick their butts. On the flight, some folks sat where they wanted with little regard for the seating assignments. On one occasion, a woman asked another to get out of her seat and was promptly told to get another seat. The flight attendant, instead of making the person who was sitting in the passenger's seat go to her assigned seat, admonished the one whose seat was occupied to "find a seat or you and your bags would have to leave the plane."

I sat and watched in horror and disbelief at the unfolding of the day, quietly, assessing the situation and coming to some understanding as to why we are a people regularly perceived in a negative light. It is very noble for one to love one's country but Love should not be blind and accepting of bad behavior.

I was happy when the flight touched down and am convinced never to fly with Fly Jamaica again. In my opinion, Fly Jamaica has it's niche market and I consider myself too decent and civilized to succumb to the trials and tribulations of a Fly Jamaica. NEVER AGAIN!

"DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS AIRLINE"

I had the most sickening experience with Fly Jamaica. When I thought it could't get worse it did. Not only was the airline ridiculously late but I was threatened by Jamaicans when I voiced my concern and disapproval of Fly Jamaica.

On October 6th, 2016 my flight was supposed to leave JFK at 12:15 pm to arrive in Georgetown at 9:30 pm. I checked in around 10:30 and proceeded through security. Around 1:00 I was told that there was a problem and the flight will depart at 3:30 pm. The time came and went and Fly Jamaica did not show up. On top of that their employees vanished. We sat there and waited and waited. While waiting, some of the Guyanese had the "audacity" to fuss about the late departure and the treatment we were receiving only to be verbally abused and threatened by some Jamaicans. We were moved from gate 1 to gate 10 and eventually boarded around 12:30 am on the 7th.

The rude and inconsiderate actions of Fly Jamaica cannot and should not be ignored. They could have sent out emails, texts something to the passengers informing them of the late departure. To treat customers with such little regard is deplorable. And, to be intimidated by Jamaicans was even worse.

I know I would NEVER use FLY Jamaica again, even if they were offering "FREE FLIGHTS," and I will make it my duty to inform all my friends, family co-workers just everybody on my mailing lists of my experience. Hopefully, they will pass it along.

It is time that Caribbean people understand their power as a customer. If half of the Guyanese now using Fly Jamaica were to switch to another airline, Fly Jamaica will be out of business within a year.

WE ARE CUSTOMERS AND WE HAVE SOME POWER. LET US BEGIN TO USE IT!!
