"EL AL HOSTESS .... "YOU WILL NOT GET ON MY PLANE" (with 2 bags) "
Hard to believe that EL AL cannot rid itself of RUDE elderly hostesses with seniority or at least position this hostess in some office without customer contact.
While still in the sleeve upon entering the plane my wife is stopped by this "hostess" because she is holding her handbag and a plasic bag 30 by 40 cm with a plastic train - a present for our boy.
This hostess tells her in these words "YOU WILL NOT GET ON MY PLANE WITH 2 BAGS."(holiday season - channuka)
Would you fly EL AL again?

Share"Noisy and crowded"
Because so many groups fly to Israel, the plane was full of people shouting across the rows, changing seats and generally being annoying. The Orthodox men wouldn't sit next to Gentile women, so there was much moving of seating arrangements before and during the flight. The food was wretched (but then most airplane food is). The staff was intimidated by some of the passengers, who refused to follow orders to sit when the seat belt sign was on, etc.

Incredible airline, service, all spectacular.
I loved the security before the flight. They made you feel so comfortable. This was my first trip to Israel for business and I would love to move there.
