"EasyJet- Never Again!"
Arrived at Luton airport in plenty of time to board. It wasn't until boarding time that the screen displayed that the plane was delayed. No indication when it was due to depart. No updates, just had to wait. Easyjet customer service nowhere in sight.
Three hours later, boarding call, on plane for another half hour waiting for plane to take off.
No customer service what so ever. Appalling.
We had appointments to meet in Paris, car driver to pick us up organised. Outcome- no car pick up, appointments missed and another whole lot of hassle checking into our apartment due to the late arrival of plane.
No way!

I like this airline. Easyjet allowed me to travel like I would never imagined. Cheap airfares, main airports served, relaxed and friendly flight attendants. I flew with easyjet a lot of times and never have the slightest problem, well, except some delays, of course, but like all other airlines.
But I have to confess that I fear flight cancellation (for any reason), because I'm aware of their policy in terms of reimbursement in this particular case and I know that it can quickly turn into a nightmare. We've all heard of some people being stuck at an airport and fighting for months to get their money back, without succeeding. I think I will fly Easyjet again and again... until this happen to me...

I've heard that some people had troubles with easyjet, when they wanted to be refunded after a flight cancellation for example... I think Easyjet is a good airline if you don't have such troubles. My flight from Lisbon to Paris was my first time with Easyjet and I found them excellent. 200 Euros for a round trip LIS-CDG for two passengers; yes we can say that it's a good value for money, but you have to book early otherwise it can be as expensive as TAP or Air France and even more... The service onboard was also excellent with young and friendly staff. We had a 45-minute delay arriving in Paris but it didn't bother me at all.
