The main terminal is modern and open with easy to find information and check-in desks. Needed more check-in staff for my flight as long queue was building up so open two more desks. Vast uncluttered concourse with shopping and eating available in an arcade behind check-in but before security at reasonable prices. Meant time could be spent at a cafe with family and friends prior to going through security. security was very efficient. Shops and catering beyond security were available to passengers waiting at their gates as well as in a more central area. No place to have a decent coffee - coffee available was very sub standard. A very pleasant experience with very few niggles.
