I am well travelled. I have travelled with almost all international carriers. I happened to travel with Continenal on Business. Customer service was awful. Customer Service is poor, and my gosh attendants have so much bad attitude. They would engage in arguments with almost all passengers, service was delayed. Unfortunately, earier did not have many options that suited my timings so had to take Continenal airline (although now I have choices) Attendants on New Delhi outbound flight behave bad, refuse service even to ladies and kids. I never understood their criteria for assigning bulk head row seats. Dont bother requesting, as i wont be met. Any complain onboard, and they would turn revengeful and switch off your TV to refuse you onflight entertainment. NEVER Travel Continenatal. I now refuse to take this airline, even when my company pays for it. I refuse to be insulted. Extremely bad service, non accomodating staff. If you ask for anything more than what they are use to, they behave revengeful. Very rude to ladies, families or even single passengers like me. If you argue, demand or complain, they would behave very rude, and make your on flight experience miserable, cheap things like turn off your flight tv, bring your meals late. This has happened multiple times. I now just try to stay away from Continental, even if I have to pay extra dollars for any other airline, I would take that, but never Continental. Ironically, most fellow travellers I have talked to, have similar experience with Continental, no wonders they are in financial troubles, ever heard of customer service!!
