"Departure & arrival all good"

Review

I departed to Singapore & New Delhi on SQ & found check-in and Immigration very good, smooth operation and friendly. The waiting areas were pleasant and bright.
Arriving back home from Mumbai & Singapore on SQ, Customs were quick (especially with e-passport) I picked up my duty-free which was ready & waiting for me (Thank you), and baggage come thru in reasonable time and Quarantine was very compassionate about my Bodhi tree leaf, which was OK but it had mould on it & had to be destroyed, but the lady who served me was wonderful and I thank her for her sharing and compassion and truth. All in all, a great experience in Brisbane. Thank you.

"Low Fuss friendly small airport"

Recently transited with a Qantas flight from Dallas, and changed to a domestic Melbourne flight via BNE. This airport could serve as a model for other airports around Australia. I found all the staff here to be a pleasant exception to the usual unfriendly Queensland experience, and after initially dreading it, I found the whole experience very positive. Minimum fuss, yet deft and efficient in all areas, from customs & immigration, to all airport employees in general. They are probably the most efficient airport in Australia, no doubt partly due to the relatively small size, but also because their staff seem well trained, CIVIL, and just good at what they do.

"Friendly airport"

Review

Same opinion: quite a small airport, with good facilities and a welcoming staff, including the customs that were friendly! Leaving from or going to the airport by public transportation (bus, railway) or by car is very easy.

"Clean and comfortable"

Review

It's not a big airport but it offers very good facilities. It was clean and comfortable. Queuing time was reasonable at check-in and at security controls too!! The staff I met were helpful and friendly.
