That was the first time flying with British Airways on a B747 on the London-NY route and I appreciated the service I had. They are better than Lufthansa, the staff is more helpful than LH's. Cabin crew was great, very professional and helpful. The flight was fine, food was good and sufficient. A recommended airline!

I travelled with my two children to New York. The staff were pleasant and professional (and children-friendly which is not always the case!), and the seating was good with great legroom and wide seats. Aircraft was clean and seemed rather new. But I found Delta a bit expensive, maybe I paid for direct flight. But I think you can get better deals from other airlines that offer the same level of service.
