Left very late because of beijing airport problem; on dec 5 depart 10:55 cabin crew head did everything so we could get our next flight to pohang.he got us off the plane quickly and averted ground personnel. personnel in seoul accompanyed us each step and were very efficient so we got our third flight. they arranged for our suitcase to be delivered the next day in pohang so we made the flight. all were kind and efficient and deseve a "bravo"
