"Service by the flight attendant"
Hi just want to drop some comments about the service in the business class in batik air. I know it is a new airline but they are not ready yet to compete with Garuda Indonesia's business class service. They did not attend to business class people upon check in and did not prepare transportation from the ground to the plane, i had to wait around 20 minutes. also when in flight after the plane was stable (after take off and positioning in air) i asked for apple juice but the flight attendant talked back and said "would you please wait sir, i was just about to offer you so please wait" which to me was rude. they still need to learn a lot on how to give business class service. despite that, the seat was comfortable, the food was good, the screen was good.......overall content but just not satisfied with the service.
