I flew from Amsterdam to San Francisco. I was injured when the backrest of the seat in front of me collapsed unexpectedly during a flight on KLM ROYAL Dutch airlines and hit me square on the top of my head. I experienced severe injury to my cervical spine! I am in need of an operation, which I cannot afford. Had I been treated immediately after the accident, the injury would have healed 100%. The flight attendants did not have a clue how to treat me after the injury. They were rude and incompetent. Till today I have received no assistance from this airline. Watch my youtube video, “KLM Crippled Me”! KLM really do not know how to treat their customers. We should make it known to them that without us, they have no business! I am of the opinion that KLM Royal Dutch Airline is the worst commercial airline! I won’t ever fly this airline again!

We booked two tickets from KLM. One had to be refunded. For the person who travelled had a good flight to USA. But while returning back, they did not server any drinks when asked. Even after booking a non-veg meal, all meals served were veg and were giving reasons as the non-veg was over. What kind of service is this? For the ticket that was supposed to be refunded---Its been a month & 5 days and we have still not got the refund. Everyday we call those guys. They always ask us to call on the next day. But they have NO answer. They are great in booking a ticket & pathetic in refunding. We DO NOT recommend this FLIGHT! Pathetic it is!!!
