"Dubai Airport: No thanks"

Review

I have had four visits to Dubai Airport. The first two were in the Emirates business class lounge and there were very few seats and a 1 hour wait for the showers.

The last two vists were over new year and with no loung access. The queues to both the male and female toilets were unbelievable.

There is very limited seating unless you sit in a restaurant or restaurant area.

I use Hong Kong Airport six times per year and there is no comparison. It is a pleasure to go to HKG, but DXB is a nightmare. I cannot believe that people can be satisfied with DXB.

Its not a airport ... its a shopping mall. I don't mind spending few hours for connection.

"what a crowded airport!"

Review

When you arrive from a long-haul flight, you expect to queue at immigration but not so long. You also queue to go to the toilets which are very scarce! Maybe it was a peak time but an international airport of that size must handle that..
