The airport in theory is not bad, but due to its security staff is by far the worst in the world; every time I have to go through it I feel extremely unconfortable; whenever I can, I try to go via any other airport. Security is extremely rough, shouting, incompetent and with procedures wrong, idiotic and clearly illegal: for instance if they spot something in your hand luggage which they do not like, there is someone checking what you have, assume two pens, a badge, two bunches of keys, two usb sticks; after visually seeing that what you have is nothing special they take all this stuff in a plastic tray and they want to check it again under x-rays: now the problem is not only that there is no need to put under x-rays again something which has been visually cleared and clearly unharmfull, but mainly that they take all your stuff away from you (you are not allowed to go with them at the beginning of the long line) so that 1) they could loose something and you could not prove it 2) someone could drop something inside the tray and you would be fully responsible. Not surprisingly a few years ago someone landed in Florida and found in is luggage a bag of coke put there for training and forgotten by the security. Stay away from that airport
