"Professional and efficient"
We took off on time and landed early and this is really appreciable. The aircraft is in really good conditions, clean and comfortable. Good cabin crew and efficient. very good value for money: I had really good deals for that flight and I wans't disappointed by the airline. I would use them again and recommend them. To me they are better than Ryanair!

I think easyJet is the best low-cost airline on earth. When i flown from Hungary to UK the crew was very kind ***** and the flight doesn't delayed. When we aproached Luton aiport at night the crew are swith off the lights...I took a look around to the "landscape and what i saw.. It was very beautiful.. lights everywhere. So if you wanna memorable flight, trip to London or Gatwick You have to choos EasyJet low-cost airline. That's all..

"Not so easy!"
May 14,2011 from Thessaloniki to Berlin.More than 5 hours of delay due to strikes of the easyjet's employees or partners in Germany.We had to lose the train (prepaid tickets) from Berlin to Dresden and we asked the easyjet representative who told us that we should send by e-mail the train ticket in order to get the money from easyjet.After getting back from Berlin (thank god not with easyjet) we send the ticket by e-mail but the easyjet customer service representative told us that his colleague at the Thessaloniki airport was wrong and that no reimbursement could apply.Really unreliable!Never prepay train, car or hotel when traveling with easyjet!It is so possible that you will just lose your money!It was the first time traveling with easyjet and I would not recommend it!
"Worst company ever"
This is the worst airline company I have ever taken. The service is horrible. The seats do not recline at all. The luggage is not included and you have to pay extra. On top of that small lady purse must be put in the luggage, you can stuff it or squish it what ever way you like it. Everything is paid on that airline nothing about service, just money very disappointing experience. Will never fly that company again, better to sleep in the airport that fly them.
"Stony silence at five hour delay"
Our flight was supposed to leave at 19.15 but at 17.30 when we went through to the departure lounge the screen said, "gate opens at 20.15". it didn't say delayed. no other information. As 20.15 approached the screen changed to, "gate opens at 22.25". At the information desk we were given a generous £3 voucher (yes, sarcasm alert) but no information as to why the plane was delayed or even if we would fly. The shops started closing up. the airport began to turn into a ghost town. As the time arrived, the screen changed again to
"Delayed" (finally acknowledging the fact) and the time of flight to 23.30. this time the gate did open and we eventually took off soon after midnight. we got to our hotel in central Madrid at 4am. one thing is for sure....with easyjet you don't pay to be informed.
"EasyJet-No Way! Part II"
We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children so it isn't as straight forward as when travelling solo or as a couple.
Apart our disappointment from Luton to Paris with Easyjet now was our second flight with Easyjet to Barcelona.
Our flight was due out the next day at about 1pm. The night before at 10:15pm, quite by accident as I was just turning my laptop off but thought that I would check my emails before I did. Thank god I did as an email came through stating that our flight had been cancelled!
I had not long before reconfirmed our car pick up time.
With a cancellation like this there is a domino affect.
The next available flight was at 7am.
I had to rebook our car hire for 5am which they were reluctant to do.
We arrived six hours early into Barcelona and could not book into our hotel even with paying an early check in fee.
The hotel was full and not ready to check us in plus we could not leave our luggage there, 3 suitcases and 4 backpacks all full for our 6 week adventure. We had to drag them to the nearest shopping mall in the very hot Spainish weather and spend 6 hours there waiting for check in.
So with 2 out of 2 strikes against them,no more Easyjet for us!
"EasyJet- Never Again!"
Arrived at Luton airport in plenty of time to board. It wasn't until boarding time that the screen displayed that the plane was delayed. No indication when it was due to depart. No updates, just had to wait. Easyjet customer service nowhere in sight.
Three hours later, boarding call, on plane for another half hour waiting for plane to take off.
No customer service what so ever. Appalling.
We had appointments to meet in Paris, car driver to pick us up organised. Outcome- no car pick up, appointments missed and another whole lot of hassle checking into our apartment due to the late arrival of plane.
No way!
