I travelled by Air Arabia twice in the last two years. I booked the ticket by online. They arrange transportation (PAID) in a 35 seater bus from Abu Dhabi to Sharjah and return. It is a horrible journey. But the Air Arabia performs well in the flights. The desk girls in SHJ airport and onboard are very polite and well trained. The punctuality of the flight is excellent. No such delayed except my last time. That day the flight was diverted to Coimbatore instead of Cochin and returned back once the climate become clear. Then the captain came to the passegers for apology. The flight does not provide even a cup of water free of cost. In Air India express they provide snacks. In Air Arabia everything not free. My opinion is choose this one unless if we dont have any other options.
